About David Raban

I’m David Raban, PhD in Astrophysics from Leiden University. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built a career across space systems engineering, entrepreneurship, company digitization, data science, and AI. Alongside this, I’ve maintained a long-standing personal practice in mindfulness and meditation, which began over 25 years ago in India.

Today, I work with event organizers and team leaders to help people stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure — whether through keynote sessions or targeted team interventions.

What distinguishes my work is simple: I don’t just teach these techniques — I demonstrate them. My sessions combine clear explanation with real-time application, allowing participants to immediately experience what calm, controlled breathing and mental clarity feel like in practice.

The session combines performance, demonstration, and practical insight. Using live breathwork demonstrations, participants are guided through the physiology of stress and calm — making visible how internal states influence behaviour, attention, and emotional reactivity. The session moves from recognition of stress patterns to the realization that these states are not fixed, but regulatable.

The Master Workshop

A focused resilience program for participants who want to go beyond inspiration and actively build lasting skills. Through guided sessions, practical exercises, and structured home practice, participants learn to recognise their stress patterns, regulate their responses, and develop habits that support long-term resilience. The focus is not conceptual understanding but behavioural rewiring through practice. This is where lasting change happens.
